Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in formulating and executing marketing plans for assigned products/categories aimed at achieving sales, units and profit objectives.

You will assist in product development, pricing, advertising campaigns, budget preparation, market research, and coordination with logistics. On-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting marketing planning and execution.
• Familiarity with developing marketing plans for brands/products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for assigned brands/products.
• Assist in product and package development, determining selling features such as sizes, pricing and claims.
• Assist in marketing strategies and campaigns, including promotions and digital advertising.
• Prepare budgets for assigned brands (units, sales and A&P).
• Coordinate with toll packer and Logistics for inventory requirements.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer reactions to products and advertising.
• Conduct store checks and submit findings.
• Prepare periodic brand and marketing budget reviews.
• Work on-site 5 days a week.

Assists the Marketing Manager in formulating and executing marketing plans for assigned products/categories designed to achieve company sales, units and profit objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist the Marketing / Product Manager in developing and executing the marketing plans for the assigned brands/products. The marketing plan outlines the short-term and long-term objectives of the product category, the strategies and specific action plans in order to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• To assist in product and package development of new and existing products and determine selling features (i.e. sizes, pricing and product claims).
• To assist in the development and execution of specific strategies and plans for the brand:
• Sales promotion activities, merchandising and incentive programs in conjunction with the Sales Department.
• Advertising programs inc digital/social media in conjunction with the Advertising agency.
• Prepare budgets (units, sales and A&P spending) for the assigned brands.
• Coordinate with toll packer and Logistics for inventory requirements
• Conduct market research in securing market analyses and consumer reactions to products, concepts and advertising.
• Conduct periodic store checks and submit findings/observations.
• Prepare periodic brand and marketing budget reviews.
• Must be willing to work on-site 5 days a week
