Our Clients is seeking a Brand Manager in Pasig City to develop and execute strategies for pharmaceutical brands. The role blends market intelligence, brand planning, and integrated marketing to drive growth and measurable results.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that strengthen the performance and growth of assigned pharmaceutical brands or product portfolios. The role combines market intelligence, brand planning, commercial analysis, and integrated marketing execution to identify opportunities and translate them into measurable business results.
Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned pharmaceutical brands based on market conditions, customer needs, competitive activity, and business objectives.
Conduct market and segment analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, customer needs, and potential risks.
Translate market insights into actionable brand strategies, positioning, and marketing priorities.
Develop annual and periodic brand plans covering objectives, strategies, initiatives, timelines, and performance measures.
Monitor sales performance and market results of assigned brands across relevant territories, customer segments, and channels.
Analyze sales trends, market share, customer penetration, product performance, and other commercial indicators.
Identify gaps between business objectives and actual performance and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and determine their contribution to brand growth and customer engagement.
Develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support the strategic objectives of assigned pharmaceutical brands.
Translate brand strategies into practical campaigns, promotional activities, communication materials, and customer engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with Sales teams to ensure marketing programs are relevant, practical, and aligned with field requirements.
Monitor implementation of marketing activities and assess execution quality across the field.
Evaluate campaign results and recommend improvements based on performance data and customer feedback.
Partner closely with Sales teams to understand field realities, customer needs, and commercial challenges.
Incorporate relevant Sales insights into brand plans, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
Conduct field visits and collaborate with commercial teams to better understand customer interactions and market opportunities.
Support Sales teams through product, market, and brand strategy training.
Develop and maintain product demand forecasts based on brand strategies, historical performance, market trends, planned activities, and business assumptions.
Coordinate closely with Supply Chain and relevant commercial teams to ensure sufficient product availability.
Monitor inventory and availability concerns that may affect brand performance and customer service.
Communicate anticipated demand changes arising from campaigns, market developments, or commercial initiatives.
Manage assigned Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budgets in line with approved business plans.
Allocate marketing resources toward initiatives that support priority business objectives.
Monitor spending against approved budgets and ensure proper financial discipline.
Evaluate the commercial value and effectiveness of marketing investments.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
An academic background in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a healthcare-related field is an advantage.
At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in brand management, product management, pharmaceutical marketing, commercial management, or a closely related function.
Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
Experience in developing brand strategies and translating market insights into commercial plans.
Background in analyzing sales, market, customer, and competitive data.
Experience managing marketing programs and budgets.
Exposure to pharmaceutical products, healthcare professionals, KOL engagement, or key account management is an advantage.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Supply Chain, or other commercial support teams is preferred.
