Job summary

HRTx Inc in Pasig City is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, market analysis, and business planning for its product portfolio. This full-time managerial role follows a hybrid work setup (4 days on-site / 1 day WFH) with a Monday–Friday morning shift.

The ideal candidate has a marketing or life sciences background and a proven track record in OGSM planning, campaign execution, and P&L management, complemented by strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Solid experience in brand or product management within pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven OGSM planning, campaign execution, and P&L management.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy, market analysis, and business planning for assigned product portfolios.
• Manage brand financials, P&L, and contribution margins.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing programs in close partnership with Sales teams.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Accounts, and external principals.
• Oversee Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets and product demand forecasting.
