Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a marketing and sales operations professional to assist in planning and launching a brand, working with malls, retail partners, and distributors. You will help manage sales channels, coordinate with manufacturing and logistics, and ensure regulatory compliance during the launch phase.

The role emphasizes strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in retail or consumer goods advantageous for success in a fast-moving consumer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, retail development, or brand commercialization.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics, fragrance, FMCG, or consumer goods is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of the brand launch.
• Coordinate with malls and retail partners for kiosks, store placements, and leasing requirements.
• Support the development and management of sales channels (retail, distributors, online platforms, and overseas accounts).
• Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams for production, inventory, and product distribution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and business registration requirements.
• Monitor sales activities and prepare performance and operational reports.
• Assist in sales team coordination and implementation of sales initiatives during the launch phase.
