Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a commercially oriented professional to own and drive brand performance in Metro Manila. You will deliver sell-out targets, manage sell-in to sell-out balance, and support profitability through pricing, promotions, and assortment decisions.

You will lead annual brand planning, inventory coordination, and launches, while steering campaigns with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sell-out performance aligned with the annual brand plan.
• Achieve monthly sell-in targets with retail partners via PO planning and launches.
• Maintain balanced sell-in and sell-out to keep healthy trade inventory.
• Support portfolio profitability through pricing, promotions, and assortment decisions.
• Drive e-commerce growth across digital channels with the E-Commerce team.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Develop annual brand plans with monthly targets, growth initiatives, and budgets.
• Lead brand initiatives, launches, campaigns, promotions, and activations.
• Coordinate briefs for Creative/Media and cross-functional teams.
• Review campaign performance and optimize based on results.
• Support new product launches with planning, pricing, forecasting, and execution.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external brand partners.
