Job summary

Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc., a subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, is hiring an Assistant Brand Manager (Open to Fresh Graduates) in Ortigas, Pasig City. You will nurture and grow the Red Ribbon brand through strong communications, product excellence, and a superior customer experience to drive sales, equity, and loyalty.

You will work closely with the Category Head and internal/external stakeholders to plan and implement campaigns across TV, digital, promotions, and other channels, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with strong academics and leadership potential.
• Willing to travel occasionally for site visits, consumer research activities, partner meetings, conferences, events.
• Willing to work on a hybrid arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week) in Ortigas, Pasig City.
