BSA Solutions Inc. is recruiting a Social Media Assistant to drive the company's event marketing strategy from planning to execution.

You will work with internal stakeholders, speakers, and sponsors to turn conference content into compelling digital assets and run agile, multi-channel campaigns that boost reach and registrations. The role emphasizes content creation, video clipping, asset design, paid campaigns, and analytics to optimize performance for global events while maintaining a strong

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven experience creating and managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design tools.
• Excellent English communication, organizational, time management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Stage 1 content cycle for each conference, from planning to execution.
• AI-Driven Content & Asset Creation: transform conference transcriptions into derivative content and infographics.
• Video content strategy: clip recordings into bite-sized social videos.
• Speaker & Sponsor asset design aligned with brand identity.
• Multi-Channel management: maintain a living social calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Speaker/Sponsor concierge: provide asset kits and guidance to maximize organic reach.
• Paid campaign management: set up and optimize LinkedIn/Meta ads.
• Reporting & social listening: track sentiment and deliver weekly reports.
• Deliver monthly reporting pack on assets, leads, and registrations.
• AI synthesis & multimedia production using NotebookLM and video editing.
• Visual storytelling and copywriting to reflect premium event identity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to maximize impact.
