Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creative mindset.
• Excellent time and project management across multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe suite.

Responsibilities

• Handles customer complaints across all social media accounts and emails and relays it to the operations team for proper management.
• Responsible in coordinating complaints to the concerned department/s.
• Coordinates with Operations team with regards to movement and status of promo/s in store/s both Local and International.
• Coordinates with the Quality Management team with regards to product quality issues.
• Helps in collaborating with market research companies and analyze consumer insights that will further aid the brand in creating effective marketing initiatives.
• Offers support in the execution of projects led by other members of the Brand Marketing team.
• Helps in creating marketing tools to make sure that all company efforts by different departments adhere to branding guidelines and effectively communicates brand persona to target market.
• Handles all digital platforms of the brand and create action plans for available opportunities.
