Job summary

adidas Philippines is seeking an Assistant Manager, Brand Communications to drive local brand narratives, amplify PR coverage, and manage influencer and media relationships to elevate adidas campaigns in the Philippines.

You will support membership and digital activation, coordinate with SEA teams and agencies, and oversee day-to-day ops, social content calendars, and retail activation projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Studies and/or Marketing Communications preferred.
• 3+ years in Brand PR and/or social media in consumer-focused industry.
• Experience coordinating with agency counterparts beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute local activations for brand and product campaigns (PR, publishing, seeding, events, content production).
• Maintain adidasPH social media calendar and coordinate with agency Community Manager.
• Develop TikTok content, livestreams, and seasonal campaigns with external partners.
• Lead Adidas Runners Manila projects with agency support and global counterparts.
• Support local assets on adidas digital touchpoints and membership activations.
• Assist in on-strategy retail activations at the point of sale.
• Ensure replenishment of marketing and promo stock; coordinate approvals with regional teams.
