The Brach Supervisor oversees all store operations, ensuring sales targets are met, customer satisfaction is achieved, and overall profitability is maintained. The role involves managing personnel, inventory, and equipment in accordance with established company procedures and standards.
Achieve sales targets and gross margin objectives
Analyze sales performance and implement improvement plans
Assign and monitor individual staff sales targets
Conduct market and competitor analysis
Ensure proper stock levels and balanced merchandise mix
Monitor inventory variances and coordinate with Merchandising
Approve disposal of damaged goods and ensure compliance with pullout procedures
Ensure regular updates of WMI reports (Adidas/Nike)
Conduct monthly store audits and prepare reports
Maintain store readiness, housekeeping, and operational standards
Address customer and staff concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate store permits, supplies, repairs, and asset transfers
Lead staff scheduling, orientation, and performance evaluations
Monitor attendance and enforce disciplinary policies
Recommend promotions, salary adjustments, and incentives
Conduct regular branch meetings and staff counseling
Secure cash, gift certificates (GCs), and manage store funds responsibly
Review daily deposits, sales invoices, and remittances
Monitor store expenses within budget and maintain sufficient change funds
Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course
At least 6 months of experience in retail or sales; supervisory experience is an advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledgeable in store operations, inventory management, and cash handling
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and monitor store performance
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
Willing to work mall hours schedule, including weekends and holidays.
