CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a Branch Service Head to oversee daily branch operations and ensure adherence to bank policies. The role includes cross-selling bank products and marketing support, with emphasis on internal control and customer service excellence.

The position requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of branch procedures, and experience in tellering and new accounts. You will supervise staff and drive branch performance in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Must be a college graduate of any 4 year course, preferably business course.
• Must have at least 5 years experience in branch banking operations with exposure on new accounts, tellering and clearing operations.
• With extensive knowledge in bank policies and procedures for branch operations
• Customer service oriented and able to supervise people.
