Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings is seeking a Branch Service Head to oversee day-to-day branch operations in line with bank policies and internal controls. The role supports the Branch Head in marketing through cross-selling of bank products and services, while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance.

The successful candidate will manage cash and deposit operations, internal control, marketing, people development, and administrative tasks, requiring strong leadership and Banking operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in branch banking operations including new accounts.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Customer service oriented with ability to supervise people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations in line with bank policies.
• Ensure internal control is observed at all times.
• Assist marketing through cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Manage cash management functions.
• Supervise deposit operations and related processes.
• Lead people development and handle administrative functions.
