Job summary

The role supports the Branch Head in driving efficiency, quality service, and internal control compliance at the branch level.

Key duties include supervising daily operations for quick service delivery, enforcing internal controls, and acting as a custodian for cash vault security and key management.

Job description

Responsible for direct supervision of the Branch Operations to attain the branch profitability/volume targets and for assisting the Branch Head in ensuring branch Operating efficiency and quality service delivery consistent with established Bank policies and procedures on internal controls.

• Supervise the daily operations of the branch to ensure fast delivery of service and compliance with established policies, procedures and BSP / AMLC regulations.
• Acts as a primary co-custodian of the cash-in-vault, acts as primary holder of the following: main vault door (lower/left combination), emergency vault, door combination, on-site ATM vault door, cash safe, outer/inner grill keys, SDB master keys, keys of rented SDBs, CCTV door and branch alarm pin.
