UCPB Savings Bank, Inc. is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager in the Philippines to oversee audits, risk management, and process improvements. The role requires strong leadership and strict regulatory compliance to banking standards.

The position involves coordinating with branches and Head Office to address operational concerns and drive efficiency, with a focus on integrity and attention to detail. A minimum of five years in banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in a bank or financial institution.
• Good knowledge of branch banking products, services, and operations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
