The Branch Operations Supervisor oversees the daily operations of company-owned and franchise branches, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company standards. This role is responsible for monitoring P&L performance, supporting business development initiatives, and working closely with branch teams to drive sales growth, cost control, and consistent customer experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of company-owned and franchise branches
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and franchise guidelines
• Monitor branch performance, customer service quality, and operational efficiency
• Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and operational assessments
• Monitor and analyze branch Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
• Track sales, expenses, margins, and operational costs
• Recommend and implement cost-control and revenue-improvement initiativesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reviews
• Support business development initiatives to increase branch sales and market presence
• Assist in identifying growth opportunities, new locations, and expansion strategies
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams on promotions, campaigns, and store activations
• Support franchise growth, onboarding, and operational readiness
• People and Performance Management
• Monitor manpower utilization, productivity, and performance standards
• Support training, development, and succession planning for branch team
• Prepare operational, financial, and performance reports for management
• Act as a liaison between Head Office and branch/franchise partners
• Escalate operational risks, compliance issues, and performance gaps with recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related course
• At least 35 years of experience in branch operations, retail, or franchise management
• Proven experience handling company-owned and franchise operations
• Strong background in P&L management, cost control, and financial analysis
• Experience in Business Development (BD), sales growth, or expansion support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Willing to do field work and branch visits
