Global Jet Cargo Philippines Inc. (J&T Cargo PH) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations across the branch and ensure smooth workflow. You will supervise staff, monitor attendance and productivity, and drive branch KPIs to meet targets.

In this role, you will coordinate with multiple departments, handle customer concerns professionally, support hiring and onboarding, and maintain a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle operations and people management effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in retail, manpower, logistics, or branch operations is an advantage.
