Job summary

J&T EXPRESS in Ortigas Pasig is seeking a Store/Business Manager to oversee operations, ensure efficiency, and maintain profitability across branches. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a solid background in logistics or e-commerce.

The candidate will report to senior management, coordinate with supervisors, and drive performance by applying key metrics and SOPs. 6 days/week, 8:30am–5:30pm, on-site.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, or similar field.
• 2–3 years experience as store or business manager, preferably in a related field.
• Strong background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations to ensure efficiency and prevent operational errors.
• Familiarizes self with standards and objectives to be discharged to all units.
• Establishes compliance with SOPs.
• Addresses operational and relational problems with practical solutions.
• Assumes sound financial management to keep branches profitable.
• Evaluates people and performance using key metrics and improves relations.
• Leads Supervisors for effective collaboration towards goals.
• Assists upper management in decision towards expansion or other ventures.
• Regularly reports to senior executives on progress and issues.
• Follows protocol before major decisions involving business processes.
