Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of training and development.
• Lead by example as a proactive team player.
• Direct all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales in accordance with the bank’s objectives
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
• Maintain, manage, and monitor all customer-related operational issues.
• Facilitate regular team meetings focused on sales, service, and product training.
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience.
