You will lead branch staff, ensure excellent customer service, optimize inventory, and monitor financial targets to align with company policy and strategic goals. Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in branch operations, sales, or business management.
• Strong background in business development, financial management, and operational oversight.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
