Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3+ years in branch operations, sales, or management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in financial management and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Lead sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth.
• Coach and develop branch staff, driving high performance and team cohesion.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and manage customer relations.
• Manage branch budgeting, expenses, and profitability reporting.
