Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant post-graduate studies is an advantage.
• AML/KYC, Risk and Compliance, Leadership, or People Management certifications are preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience in branch banking operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory/officer capacity.
• Handled functions such as approvals, teller and new accounts supervision, transaction monitoring, and compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
• Experience in customer complaint resolution and cross‑selling of banking products is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational accuracy.
• Develop CSR capabilities and support business profitability targets.
• Generate new business opportunities and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Maintain control over queue management and ATM/CAM/CRM oversight as needed.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory standards adherence.
