The incumbent will supervise performance, monitor progress, and communicate effectively to support corporate goals and robust governance in a dynamic market environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least 4-year course, preferably business-related.
• Has acquired a managerial experience of at least 5 years.
• Has very good leadership skills.
• Displays high level of integrity and business awareness.
• Can communicate very well and handle negotiation.
• Has the ability to prepare and present financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the entire operation of Nissan General Santos City in partnership with the Brand General Manager to ensure alignment with strategic direction and standards.
