Job summary

Autohub Group of Companies seeks a seasoned supervisor for Nissan General Santos City, to oversee the entire operation in collaboration with the Brand General Manager. The role ensures alignment with strategic direction and AUTOHUB standards.

The incumbent will supervise performance, monitor progress, and communicate effectively to support corporate goals and robust governance in a dynamic market environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least 4-year course, preferably business-related.
• Has acquired a managerial experience of at least 5 years.
• Has very good leadership skills.
• Displays high level of integrity and business awareness.
• Can communicate very well and handle negotiation.
• Has the ability to prepare and present financial reports.

Primarily responsible for supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the entire operation of Nissan General Santos City in partnership with the Brand General Manager to ensure that it is properly aligned with the strategic and policy direction of AUTOHUB Group and in conformity with the plants’ requirement and standards.
