Job summary

Autohub Group of Companies is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the entire branch operation in Calamba, Laguna. You will guide policy and strategic direction, ensure each business unit achieves financial and operational targets, and keep ahead of market trends to inform decisions.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in a similar automotive environment, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and brand development.

Qualifications

• BS Business Management or related field is required.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, 4 years in a managerial role.
• Sales and Aftersales experience in automotive industry is an advantage.
• Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work on a 6-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall policy and strategic directions to branch operations.
• Ensure all business units in the branch are productive and meet targets.
• Undertake environment scanning on competitors, market trends, business opportunities, best practices and other relevant data to support direction-setting and decision-making.
• Formulate creative strategies to promote customer satisfaction and establish the Autohub Brand in the automotive industry.
