Qualifications

• College graduate (Preferably graduate of any accounting-related degree)
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive aftersales operations
• Supervisorial experiences are welcome
• With good leadership skills
• Advanced communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Hino Jose Abad Santos

Responsibilities

• Guarantee proper execution of standard procedures and monitoring in Reception Area
• Monitor status of units from receiving to releasing
• Ensure Service Advisor communicates with client regarding unit status
• Manage service traffic flow at the service reception area
• Coordinate workflow within the service shop floor
• Create motivational programs to boost employee morale
• Prepare management reportorial requirements
• Maintain harmonious relationships with other departments
• Uphold employee discipline per company policies
• Suggest changes to improve workflow and manpower efficiency
• Assess organizational needs of the department
• Control operating expenses of the department
• Evaluate performance of personnel to determine training needs
• Implement SOP and work processes per Mitsubishi standards
• Disseminate information needed for operation
• Assist workload distribution with available manpower for the day
