Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking an experienced Branch Operations professional for the Samar Borongan branch to oversee tellering, cashiering and ATM operations, ensuring prompt, compliant service delivery aligned with bank standards.

The role emphasizes daily start/end-of-day processes, cash custody, and accurate branch reporting, with responsibility for safeguarding peso cash, foreign currencies, and accountable forms while supporting signature approvals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year degree course.
• At least 5 years experience as Assistant Cashier in Branch operations in a commercial or universal bank.
• With good communication skills.
• Willing to work in Samar Borongan.

Responsibilities

• Start and end of day activities.
• Supervises the Cash Services and ATM operations of the branch.
• Acts as the chief custodian of the peso cash, foreign currencies, accountable forms and late checks of the branch.
• Responsible for verifying details and issuance of accountable forms are properly accounted. Assistant for signature / approval.
• Reviews / prepares, approves and submits branch reports. Ascertains completeness, accuracy and prompt and proper dispatch of documents / reports to concerned units. Ensures that discrepancies are reported or resolved on time.
