Qualifications

• College graduate in Business Management/Administration, Finance or related course.
• With valid driver's license and willingness to do field works.
• Experience in marketing, sales and collection from banking/financing industry.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in banking/financing industry.
• Strong understanding of remedial account process.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Head in managing overall branch activities: sales and collection management, target setting, policy education and administration.
• Assume Branch operations leadership in the absence of the Branch Head.
• Assume collection process in the area in the absence of Business Advisor.
• Assist Branch Head identifying potential leads for each product/service in the territory.
• Assist Branch Head in conducting field-based activities to retain customers by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist Branch Head in implementing approved sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Implement strategies to avoid overdue accounts.
• Implement strategies from remedial/recovery account analyses to ensure collections.
• Facilitate satisfactory resolution of questions, complaints, and concerns raised by customers.
• Serve as point of contact in absence of Branch Head/Administrative assistant for internal transactions with Head Office.
• Performs other duties as directed by management.
