MOTORJOY DEPOT INC. is seeking a Branch Operations Head to oversee daily branch activities, sales performance, and profitability. You will lead staff, manage customer service, inventory, and financial targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to drive growth and efficiency through data-driven decisions, collaboration with the regional team, and implementation of SOPs and process improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in branch operations, sales, or business management.
• Strong background in business development, financial management, and operational oversight.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
