Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Officer for its banking operations. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a track record in sourcing new business opportunities, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule and on-site work across branches in Makati, Dagupan, Roxas Capiz, Iloilo, Cebu, and Leon Iloilo. The position offers a competitive salary range of 35,000 to 40,000 PHP monthly, with standard benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience as Branch Operations Officer in the banking industry.
• Honest, trustworthy with team leadership skills.
• Able to source new business opportunities.
• With excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
