Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. seeks an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff and resources, and implement SOPs that boost efficiency and compliance with laws and policies.

You will drive customer service excellence, develop a sales strategy to grow revenue, monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and mentor teams to achieve high performance while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in operations or similar field; 3 years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, or Accounting.
• Attention to details and strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and integrity.
• Experience in hiring, training, coaching & performance management.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Manage staff schedules and allocate resources to ensure optimal coverage and performance
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve performance and efficiency
• Ensure that the branch complies with all applicable laws, regulations and policies
• Ensure that customers receive prompt and exceptional service in line with the company's standards
• Resolve customer complaints and elevate complex cases to the relevant authorities as needed
• Continuously monitor customer feedback, interpret results and take action to improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and meets or exceeds the branch's sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to develop new products and services that meet customer's needs
• Build customer relationships to increase customer loyalty and retention
• Monitor the branch's financial performance and identify opportunities to increase profitability and control costs
• Develop and manage the branch budget, ensuring that expenditure is within budget limits
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to identify root causes of any variances from budget
• Recruit, train, coach and mentor staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills to perform their roles effectively
• Conduct ongoing performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address any gaps.
