Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations in San Juan City. The role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring efficiency, and delivering outstanding customer service aligned with our service culture.

You will lead, motivate, and develop a team, monitor inventory, uphold service standards, and ensure compliance with policies. 3–5 years of branch operations or sales leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in branch operations or sales management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Develop and implement action plans to meet and exceed branch goals.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales performance and analysis reports.
• Ensure smooth and efficient branch operations at all times.
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Implement and uphold customer service standards.
• Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve performance objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to team members for continuous improvement.
