Job summary

PSBank Official in Pampanga, Guagua is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee daily branch activities and ensure efficient, compliant service delivery in line with internal controls and banking policies.

The role includes safeguarding cash-in-vault assets and managing access for vaults, keys, and security systems, while supporting the Branch Head to meet profitability targets and maintain quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Branch Operations to attain branch profitability/volume targets and assisting the Branch Head in ensuring branch operating efficiency and quality service delivery consistent with established bank policies and procedures on internal controls.
• Supervise the daily operations of the branch to ensure fast delivery of service and compliance with established policies, procedures and BSP/AMLC regulations.
• Act as a primary co-custodian of the cash-in-vault, acts as primary holder of the main vault safe, outer/inner grill keys, SDB master keys, keys of rented SDBs, CCTV door and branch alarm pin.
