Job summary

AFPSLAI is seeking a performance analyst to oversee and evaluate branch operations. The role involves analyzing branch data, distributing loan quotas, and coordinating with departments to drive efficiency and growth.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance and has at least four years of relevant experience, capable of preparing management reports and advisories for Board-level review.

• Facilitate TOSRI Loan applications of managers and officers up to Board approval.

Responsible for evaluating and monitoring performance of branch operations by providing regular analysis and assessment reports, and makes recommendations on possible improvements.

Duties & Responsibilities

Core Functions

1. Analyses and evaluates branch performance for any improvement opportunity and/or threats to operations.

2. Distributes loans quota for all main branch offices and monitors accomplishments

3. Distributes new members’ recruitment target for all main branch offices and monitors accomplishment

4. Prepares operations advisories for implementation of all branch offices

5. Prepares various studies which are related to the improvement of operations processes.

6. Monitors loans production of all branches and other distribution channels, and renders analysis as needed

7. Prepares management reports for presentation to the specific Board Committees

8. Coordinates/interfaces with various business units in gathering of raw data for analysis

9. Facilitates the TOSRI Loan applications of managers and officers up to the Board Level approval

Job Specifications / Requirements

Educational Background:

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Banking & Finance, or Business Administration

Work Experience:

Must have at least four (4) years of work-related experience.
