Job summary

RAFI MICRO-FINANCE Philippines in Quezon province seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and ensure excellent service. You will supervise loan approvals, disbursements, collections, and portfolio quality while building trusted client relationships.

You will develop financial plans, monitor compliance, report results to management, coach staff, and strengthen community engagement to promote sustainable growth across the branch.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations to achieve performance, portfolio, and service goals.
• Oversee loan approval, credit disbursement, portfolio quality, and collection activities.
• Conduct client visits and business assessments to support responsible lending decisions.
• Develop and execute branch financial plans, including savings, credit, disbursement, and repayment targets.
• Monitor branch compliance, financial records, and operational controls to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze branch performance and prepare operational and financial reports for management.
• Coach, motivate, and develop branch staff to foster a high-performing and customer-focused culture.
• Strengthen community engagement and support initiatives that promote sustainable business growth.
