Job summary

CNT Promo & Ads Specialist, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an HR Generalist to serve as a key contact for employees and managers within the Business unit, ensuring smooth people operations and 100% manpower coverage.

You will source candidates via Indeed, JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other channels, monitor branch staffing, support vendor management, and assist the legal team with DOLE/SENA conferences and audits.

Qualifications

• BS/AB Psychology or related behavioral degree.
• 1–2 years HR Generalist/HRBP experience or equivalent.
• Handled more than 20-300 FTEs.

About the role

Act as a point of contact for employees and managers in the Business unit for all concerns specified in assigned branch office. Responsible for strict monitoring and ensuring 100% manpower coverage and manning of deployed employees assigned in particular branch office.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure minimal to zero employee employment concern with timeliness of processing resolution
• Utilize different sourcing channels including Indeed, JobStreet, LinkedIn, Jora, Facebook, and job boards and social media to identify potential candidates
• Identify and apply sourcing strategies and trends to ensure proactive and fast action in hiring and selection of candidates
• Observe process timeline in sourcing candidates and ensure quality of hires and passing the required fill and hit rate
• Provide leads of candidates to Area Coordinators for every open position
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified and active candidates
• Strictly manage supplies/warehouse inventory and vendor management
• Conduct cost analysis and cost efficiency programs within the approved budget
• Assist the legal team in attending DOLE/SENA conferences, serving employee notices/documentations and performing necessary audits
• Conduct store visits strategically and gather applicants

About you

• Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or other behavioral courses related
• Minimum of 1-2 years as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner work experience or equivalent, preferably from manpower, BPO and other relevant industries
• Handled more than 20-300 FTEs
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and meticulous attention to details
