Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines is seeking a sales-oriented professional to market and cross-sell bank products and services. You will grow the customer base through internal or external sales initiatives and cultivate strong relationships to ensure timely servicing of financial needs.

The role requires proven sales achievement, a four-year business-related degree, and solid knowledge of credit evaluation and banking policies. This position offers growth opportunities within RCBC and its YGC partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• At least a four year graduate in any business-related degree.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, banking policies and procedures, and knowledge of bank products and services.
