Executive Optical, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee branch productivity and day-to-day operations in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte. You will drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventories, and develop staff competencies to maintain store profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Store Manager experience in retail or related sectors, a Bachelor's or Associate degree, and is available to start ASAP at the San Nicolas branch.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course & Associate degree.
• With more than 5 years Store Manager experience in retail or food industry.
• Can start ASAP and willing to be assigned in San Nicolas Ilocos Norte Branch.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the productivity of the branch and manages its day-to-day operations including increasing sales and profitability, improving customer service, securing inventories/stocks, and developing competencies of branch employees.
