• Key responsibilities will be managing store operations, supervising staff, maintaining food/service quality, and achieving sales goals, handles scheduling, training, inventory, customer relations and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards.
• The Manager will be assigned to the designated store in Paranaque area and succeeding stores to be opened.

Requirements

• College graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, with proven managerial or supervisory experience
• Experience managing or overseeing multiple branches or locations is preferred
• Strong leadership, people management, and operational skills
• Ability to manage daily operations, staff performance, and business targets effectively
• Experience working in franchise operations is an advantage, but not required
