About the role

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and profitability of the assigned branch. This role ensures excellent customer service, efficient staff management, sales growth, compliance with company policies, and maintenance of high clinic or operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and workflow

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall branch/clinic presentation

• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure operational readiness

• Supervise branch staff including receptionists, therapists, assistants, and other team members

• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and punctuality

• Conduct performance monitoring, coaching, and evaluations

• Drive branch sales performance and achievement of revenue targets

• Ensure excellent client service and prompt handling of concerns or complaints

• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and financial reports
