Job summary

Tulay sa Pag-Unlad, Inc. seeks a Branch Manager to drive performance across membership growth, loan portfolio, disbursements, and portfolio at risk.

You will lead and coach the team, approve loan applications, monitor collections, ensure policy compliance, report to the Area Manager, and build strong relationships with clients and community partners to promote TSPI products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 4+ years related work experience; 2 years in account management, sales or marketing
• Experience in supervisory functions in microfinance or lending is an advantage
• Result-oriented and goal driven
• Sound decision making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Public relations and marketing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strategic thinker (Budgeting and Planning)

• At least 4- year related work experience, 2 years shall be specific on account management, sales or marketing functions.




• Exposure in supervisory functions from a microfinance or lending institution is an advantage.
