Key responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations including sales performance, staffing, inventory management, and budget control to ensure profitability and operational efficiency
• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets through effective strategic planning, market analysis, and implementation of sales initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and staff motivation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for branch growth and competitive advantage

• Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics for senior management review

• Manage branch resources effectively, including budgeting, cost control, and optimisation of operational processes

What we\'re looking for

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar senior sales management role within the sales industry, ideally 2+ years in a managerial capacity
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and delivering consistent business growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in sales analysis, financial management, and data-driven decision making
• Knowledge of the local market in Dagupan City Pangasinan is advantageous
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
