Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager for Negros Occidental to help lead daily branch operations, supervise staff, control inventory, and ensure outstanding customer service in a busy retail environment.

You will drive sales targets with the Branch Manager, implement promotions, train and develop team members, monitor performance, handle cash procedures, maintain store standards, and prepare reports on sales and inventory.

Qualifications
