Job summary

FitWhite The House of Glutathione & Aesthetics Corp. in the Philippines invites applications for a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, ensure service excellence, and drive profitability across the assigned branch.

You will manage staff, monitor inventory and cash reports, uphold safety and cleanliness, and implement company standards while achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and workflow
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall branch/clinic presentation
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Supervise branch staff including receptionists, therapists, assistants, and other team members
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and punctuality
• Conduct performance monitoring, coaching, and evaluations
• Drive branch sales performance and achievement of revenue targets
• Ensure excellent client service and prompt handling of concerns or complaints
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and financial reports
