Job summary

Brink's Philippines, Inc. in Davao City is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive service excellence, and maintain strict security across the branch.

You will coach and develop staff, manage budgets and costs, achieve revenue targets, ensure regulatory compliance, build strong client relationships, and prepare performance reports for management. You will also monitor audits, implement process improvements, and oversee safe cash handling practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in banking, financial services, or retail.
• Strong leadership, customer relationship, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of banking operations, security, and compliance.
• Experience in cash management or secure logistics is an advantage.
