South Asialink Finance Corporation is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, develop and implement business plans, and ensure branch targets are met while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 3–4 years in sales/marketing in finance or banking, at least 2 years in supervision, and willingness to train at the Head Office in Ortigas, Pasig for 2–3 weeks; free accommodation and transport allowances are provided during training.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing within the financing or banking industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in vehicle sales and financing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig for at least 2-3 weeks
