Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation in Bulacan is seeking a proactive Loan Consultant to drive sales growth through effective partnerships with dealers and loan partners. The role involves end-to-end oversight of loan applications and field visits.

You will recruit loan consultants, supervise branch advertising, and ensure compliance of documents before credit review. The position requires willingness to train in Ortigas, Pasig, and readiness to work under pressure; immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree or undergraduate.
• Preferably with work experience in vehicle sales or financing industry (at least 1 year).
• Two years experience in any sales industry.
• Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig for at least two weeks.
• With relevant sales experience is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and meet targets through strategies and managing loan partners and dealers.
• Review loan applications and documents before endorsement to credit investigator.
• Monitor status of loan applications endorsed to credit investigator.
• Recruit and source potential Loan Consultants.
• Ensure proper distribution and posting of all advertising materials of the branch.
