Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
At least 1 year of work experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Strong communication, planning, and problem-resolution skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional departments and adapt quickly to the environment.
Eagerness to learn and willingness to be trained.
Fresh graduates with any work experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Releasing, recording, and updating delivery documents and system entries for released and returned items.
Monitor allocation of trucks, delivery drivers, and helpers.
Process proofs of delivery, sales invoices, and government permits.
Uphold 7S in the warehouse and ensure timely reports.
Take customer orders and pull out damaged items.
Handle payment reconciliation and submission of sales reports.
