Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) seeks a Collection Associate for its Ermita, Manila site. This is a full-time, onsite role in Operations - Finance, reporting to the Team Leader - Collection, with a 5-day work week.

You will ensure accurate processing of incoming payments, timely conversion of delivery receipts, and reconciliation of customer accounts to improve cash flow, while maintaining proper documentation and adherence to financial policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, or any business course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Communication skills to clearly and confidently discuss payment concerns, resolve disputes, and provide account updates to Sales/internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Attention to details to produce and maintain accurate collection records.
• Adaptability to learn and handle a variety of tasks involved in the collection process.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate, timely conversion and transmission of collection documents per policies and standards.
• Maintains up-to-date records to streamline the collection process.
• Coordinates with Sales and SCM to resolve billing concerns.
