Job summary

Harbest Agribusiness Corporation is seeking a Branch Associate – Warehouse and Logistics to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and fleet maintenance at the branch level. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards at the Murcia branch.

The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor's degree and at least two years of warehouse or logistics experience, with strong MS Office skills and familiarity with NetSuite beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; NetSuite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory storage, receiving, and dispatching of products.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records using the company's inventory system (NetSuite experience is an advantage).
• Conduct regular inventory audits and implement FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize product loss and expiration.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize logistics routes for timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and delivery documentation.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for branch vehicles and equipment.
• Supervise branch drivers and maintenance personnel, ensuring productivity and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare inventory, logistics, and operational reports for branch management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and branch facility.
