Job summary

Bioessence is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier customer service while upholding standards and procedures.

You will coach staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with marketing for promotions, aiming to grow the branch’s performance and client satisfaction in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing branch operations in a service-oriented business such as fastfood, casual dining, retail, hospitality, wellness, or healthcare.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory, assistant manager, or branch management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and drive team performance.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and execute operational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of branch operations, including compliance, inventory management, reporting, cash handling, and service standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
